CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy I’m passionate about providing a personalized experience; therefore, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee. To ensure a quality service experience, guests have a 15-minute grace period for arrival; however, tardy guests may be accommodated with an adjusted treatment time. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes or missed appointments are considered no-shows and subject to the same fee. Rebook eligibility may be impacted by missed appointments with no communication.
